Your Consultant
Partnering for Respectful Reconciliation
Grant Marshall
I’m a proud Eastern Arrernte man with over a decade of experience working in Indigenous engagement, particularly within the construction and infrastructure sectors. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to support and work with many Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander businesses as well as apprentices and trainees, with a goal to help close the gap and support organisations to strengthen their cultural capability and understanding.
Now working as a consultant, I partner with builders, architects, professional services, and local businesses to deliver cultural awareness training, provide strategic advice, and support the development of culturally safe and inclusive workplaces.
I’m passionate about empowering Indigenous youth, supporting Indigenous owned businesses, fostering meaningful community connections, and supporting existing organisations to take real, practical steps toward reconciliation.
